Courtney Tumberg, L.Ac. founded Wadena Acupuncture in June of 2020 after graduating from Northwestern Health Sciences University, where she earned her master’s degree in Chinese Medicine. She became interested in acupuncture as an alternative method of supporting patient health and healing after studying exercise science at Bemidji State University. Acupuncture can be used to treat a wide variety of conditions, ranging from musculoskeletal pain to depression and anxiety.
